Thai food in Japan

This is a photo of a sign out the front of a Thai restaurant in Japan, taken by my buddy George just a week or two ago. One big ‘what the hell?’ Are the condoms on the cabbages or are the condoms for you to use with the cabbages? Generally speaking I’m not used to places catering to weird and hungry people.
