So this took me a little longer than it should have to post, but if you’re interested I’ve put photos of the exhibition over on my flickr account. Also, check out the exhibition website and Banksy’s website for videos and photos.
This was fantastic to see as it was the first work by Banksy which I’d [...]

UPDATE: Another mural is going up right now!
From TWBE (quote and photo):
The refreshing onslaught of street art continues. Arriving on a wall near Grand street and Wooster in Manahattan’s Soho is Banksy’s latest work, a three-story high commisioned rat donning the iconic ‘I heart NY’ t-shirt. The piece was painted by professional sign [...]

I blogged about this exhibit when it was upcoming and hadn’t yet opened. I finally managed to see it on the second last day, just before it ended. Yeah, I’ve been working a lot.

Not only is Nicholas Di Genova’s work gorgeous and utterly detailed (in the good kind of way) but his website design is also very impressive.
I am a big fan of his nightmarish fantastical style. There are strong graffiti influences in the lines and colours of his works and his choice of subject maintains this, oftentimes [...]

This hit a few years back, but I’m often surprised by how many people have never seen it. It’s very similar to the Samorost game but much different in style and with a strong street art influence.

The Manifesto of Stencilism by Blek Le Rat which has some fantastic anecdotes, in particular the first time that he went before a judge after being arrested. His lawyer handed out copies of Blek’s work and after looking at it the judge then said “I can’t condemn it, it’s too beautiful.”
Graffiti in Iraq by Iraqis [...]

My sister just sent me this photo of her standing next to a Jef Aerosol stencil in Paris. So jealous.
How’s tagging a whole building, from miles away? Graffiti Research Lab pull it off. Check out the rest of their site too, they have some amazing work.
Found a site dedicated to one of the Sharpie gangs in Melbourne’s colourful past. The Blackburn South Sharps.
The work of Zach Johnsen featured below, just because.

Interesting Snow Globes by Walter Martin & Paloma Munoz
The trailer to the new David Duchovny and Sigourney Weaver film The TV Set frankly looks a lot like the Winterbottom movie, Tristram Shandy only not as good.
Graffiti Research Lab Have some new work up, specifically some great sprayer stuff.
And Photographer Denis Darzacq keeps it interesting.
